On November 4, 2009 a very close friend of mine and to many of you passed away during his sleep. Captain Tony Lacks (aka: tlacks) was a 40 year law enforcement veteran. He was employed with the Opa-Locka Police Department in Miami-Dade County Florida. Please keep Tony and his surviving family, friends, and coworkers in your prayers.
